On February 26th, the Millennium Foundation will present its travel-based micro-contribution initiative MASSIVEGOOD to travel industry leaders, trend makers and consumers at the New York Times Travel Show, as part of its three -part launch event.

Held at the Jacob. K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, this gathering is an opportunity to “travel the world in a New York minute.” Managing Director Bernard Salomé will be explaining the MASSIVEGOOD project and partnerships at the opening luncheon to approximately 400 high-level representatives and journalists.

The Millennium Foundation will also celebrate our new partnership with the world’s largest association of travel professionals, the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). Travel agents are an essential element to the success of MASSIVEGOOD as they will be the first line of contact with potential contributors. The ASTA Board of Directors voted unanimously to endorse the Millennium Foundation at its annual meeting in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico from November 18th – 19th.

American Express is the presenting sponsor of the Travel Show, and we are also proud to have American Express Business Travel on board. Have look at an interview with Hervé Sedky, Vice President and General Manager, American Express Business Travel:
